Capitalize2day is a boutique corporate finance company with an international scope. As a financial intermediary Capitzalize2day finances through the banking sector, but more often through alternative financing parties (mostly loans without collateral up to approx. 20-25 million). For non-banking projects, Capitalize2day mediates between wealthy individuals (different informal investors for each phase of growth), family offices and/or investment companies both within and outside Europe. We are independent and can often finance your company without any collateral. In addition to providing guidance in (re)financing processes, Capitalize2day also assists a growing number of entrepreneurs in buying, selling or merging their companies. Capitalize2day employs specialists in the field of M&A working for companies with a value up to approximately 100 million euros. Capitalize2day has an international scope and recently started its own boutique corporate finance offices in Colombia (2019) and Bulgaria (2021). We assist clients in starting an office and provide the first commercial relationships and assignments. In Japan, Capitalize2day is working with a partner for the time being, but in time we will also start our own boutique here. Capitalize2day works closely together with local partners who provide staffing (talent sourcing and recruitment) for almost all industries, but with a focus on C-level staff, IT, e-commerce and digital marketing. These partners help our clients to quickly set up a back office and to grow their company.
