About CAPTEC Engineering

Founded and incorporated in December 1996, CAPTEC works hard to maintain our reputation for providing superior quality civil engineering services in a timely manner to both public and private clients throughout the Treasure Coast area and the State of Florida. CAPTEC’s staff includes 3 licensed Professional Engineers and 2 Engineering Intern having an extensive amount of experience in the design of state, municipal, and private projects. CAPTEC’s Licensed Professionals all retain engineering licenses in Florida, however, their licensure also extends to Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania. We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art computer hardware and software, including plan/color production capabilities. Local permitting experience includes but is not limited to agencies such as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), as well as local municipalities.
