Caravel is a specialist project and change management business. Our work focusses on the delivery of Complex Infrastructure together with associated advisory services. Our services cover the full range of business enhancement & transformation (BET) project activities necessary to achieve the end result. For more than 25 years, we have been entrusted with delivery of some of the most politically sensitive and public Complex Infrastructure projects across Australasia. Caravel specialises in medium and large complex multi-disciplined complex infrastructure projects. We can demonstrate a consistently high success rate which we have achieved across various market sectors and industries. Caravel also offers Project Governance services either stand alone or combined with our delivery service. Caravel has pioneered new Project delivery models that work along with a software tool to support them (DeliverMyStrategy). These models and supporting tools address the 12 root causes of Project failure, 8 of which presently go un measured and therefore unmanaged! We presently operate in Australasia and are equally adept at managing projects under a conventional procurement structure, or within alternative delivery and funding mechanisms, such as Alliances and Public-Private Partnerships. Of course, people are at the core of what we do.
