About Carbon Trap Org

Carbon Trap Ltd is a not for profit social enterprise offset and lock subscription service for individuals and businesses who are looking to be net zero!, We are dedicated to the promotion, support and facilitation of the low-carbon, nature based solutions through capture and storage. Offsetting carbon was not enough for us. We are passionate about locking the carbon in sustainable products as well. Our residual profits are used to fund projects which encourage the use of Miscanthus in making sustainable products. We currently have projects in Textiles, Miscrete (sustainable alternative to Concrete), packaging & plastic alternatives. This enables us to lock the carbon. We use Miscanthus (Elephant Grass) as one of the most efficient and immediate enablers of positive Climate Change action to fill the carbon gap between tree planting and maturity.
