About CARC
CARC's mission is to provide quality services to people with developmental disabilities and other special needs that promote choice, independence and community integration. CARC provides programming for over 1,500 youth, adults and senior citizens with developmental disabilities and other special needs throughout 40 program sites in Chicago. We are dedicated to affording individualized approaches to compliment the unique abilities and specific needs of every person in our programs. CARC provides a broad array of responsive programs distinctively designed to empower individuals of all ages and abilities with opportunities to learn, grow, thrive and interact fully within the communities in which they reside.
