Our production facility is strategically located in the industrial hub of Isando, Johannesburg, in close proximity to OR Tambo International Airport. We can manufacture over 1 million plastic cards per month, with modern production equipment with capacity to produce significantly more to meet large volume and fast turnaround requirements. Our facility is equipped with three KBA Metronic Genius-UV printing presses – German engineered machines specifically designed for plastic card printing. These presses deliver superior print quality, high speed output, and a significantly reduced environmental footprint. In line with our commitment to sustainability, over 80% of our electricity needs are met by our own on-site solar power systems. We specialise in contactless smart cards, including a wide range of RFID and NFC-enabled cards such as Cipurse, and maintain local stock to ensure rapid fulfilment. Our expertise allows us to assist clients in navigating procurement challenges associated with secure and high performance smart card technologies. In addition to card manufacturing, we offer a broad selection of card peripherals and consumables, including card holders, lanyards, card readers, cleaning kits, printer ribbons, and print heads. Our technical services include card printer maintenance and repairs, as well as live internet based tech support, ensuring seamless post sales service for our clients.
