About Care 4 U Community Health Center

Care 4 U Community Health Center is a Florida, nonprofit 501(c)3 minority organization located in Liberty City. It was founded in 2013 with a mission to fulfill the unmet health and social needs of individuals and families infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS. The ultimate vision of the organization was to increase access to care for all people living with HIV/AIDS and reduce new HIV infections. In 2018, Care 4 U became a Florida Department of Health (FDOH) registered HIV Test Site conducting HIV Prevention Counseling, Testing, and Linkage to Care Services. Currently, Care 4 U is a comprehensive Community Health Center, providing a full range of health care and preventative services to help reduce health disparities and improve health outcomes in the community we serve.
