About Care Associates Network
Care Associates Network, LLC (CARE) was established over 25 years ago by a group of quality-focused nursing home providers who recognized the value in collaborating to effectively manage the changes in the delivery and reimbursement of healthcare. Over the years, the CARE Network has grown to also include Assisted Living Providers. Since 1998, CARE has developed business relationships with Managed Care Organizations in the NJ market. CARE’s primary goal is to negotiate and maintain payer contracts for its members. We also take an intergrated approach to assist our providers by including operational support programs and quality initiatives.
