At Care Consult we offer Bespoke Supported Living Services for adults with diagnosis of learning disabilities , autism, mental health and associated complex needs. We believe that every individual we support must have the opportunity and be supported to achieve a full and meaningful life to the best of their abilities, in the comfort of their own home and in the community at large. We have dedicated and experienced core staff who ensure that every day is well lived . Our skilled professionals provide a range of services tailored to met individual needs and planned outcomes. We ensure none restrictive support , whilst maintaining safe and therapeutic living environments and positive risk taking to access and engage in the community. We understand the importance of mental and emotional well-being and therefore ensure well informed by collaborative working ;person centred approaches . We work with a number of landlords, property developers , local authorities , ICBs to ensure that every individual has the best living environment and experience in the community. We use innovative and assertive technology to support, develop and maintain individuals independency.
