Imagine an organization that has determined to change the outcomes for people with disabilities by focusing on the greatest needs. Doing so in creative, evidence based, and collaborative ways to fundamentally form a new normal of expectations for students and adults. Career and Employment Options is that organization. Transition services for students in special education and employment for adults with disabilities requires a new and inventive approaches to fundamentally shift the outcomes and CEO does this with staff that are Special Education Teachers, Guidance Counselors and Certified Rehabilitation Counselors working toward a specific goal of seamless transition and employment. Our focus for providing evidenced based services for students in school districts enables our districts to provide comprehensive services that meet all new state standards. More importantly we focus upon providing students with real outcomes that are IEP based including employment and post secondary education. CEO has developed a web-based system for curriculum, reporting system, with a software and methods for developing data to enable districts and ACCES/VR to have real metrics to measure performance in our Career Services as well as in the Employment Services. Services we Provide: -Transition Services for Districts -Vocational Evaluations -CDOS Services, Internships -Career Counseling -At Risk Students Program -College Prep Services -Job Coaching -Employment Opportunities -ACCES/VR Provider -Resume/Portfolio Development -NYSED Compliance Review (IEP's, Indicator 13, Student Exit Summary, etc.)
