About CareER Association

In 2014, CareER was co-founded by a university graduate with a disability and a dedicated group of individuals to advance employment for tertiary-educated students and graduates with any type of disabilities and special educational needs (SEN). Over the past decade, our belief in 'Talent No Boundaries' has empowered many and successfully created a talent market for Hong Kong's tertiary-educated people with disabilities, allowing our members and alumni to showcase their true talents and capabilities while contributing in society. Concurrently through our pioneering disability inclusion framework, CareER provides tailored support to the private sector to advance disability-inclusive hiring readiness and transform employment practices across Hong Kong and beyond. While we may have redefined Hong Kong's disability inclusion landscape through our work in the past decade, it is our mission to refresh employers' and society's perceptions of individuals with disabilities/SEN, creating an environment where everyone, regardless of their ability, can realize their true potential.
