Career Edge Plus, LLC is uniquely positioned to identify and recruit the highest quality individuals to become part of the State Farm family. Different than many headhunters, we specialize only in recruiting and screening individuals for opportunities in State Farm agencies. This allows us to zero in on the qualities that best fit the State Farm culture. We are guided by our goal of leaving no stone unturned as we work through our process of recruiting and screening so as to provide long term, dedicated team members. Along with our placement we have a 60 day unconditional guarantee. Career Edge Plus currently has a college ambassador program that specializes in placing young college students into State Farm offices, part-time. The goal of this program is to introduce college aged individuals to potential career choices in State Farm as well provide them with a better work experience during college than what most experience. We also have an Intern program where we place students, who are currently working in an educational insurance program, into office environments that will allow the student to gain hands on experience in their chosen field and give them viable opportunities to launch their careers immediately upon graduating! We are also working with St. Petersburg College and their business program with Insurance!
