Founded by Cynthia Walker, Career WayZ leads the charge in expanding Registered Youth Apprenticeships (RYA) across Missouri and beyond. As a U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Registered Sponsor, Cynthia and her team design, develop, and deliver workforce programs that bridge the gap between education and employment. We work directly with schools, employers, and state agencies to create sustainable pipelines of skilled talent for high-demand industries.
