CareerGold teaches job seekers the Get to the Hirer™ job search program, which gives him or her a huge boost in penetrating the "hidden job market". Our primary product is the Get to the Hirer™ course, a two day intensive course that leads the student through all of the steps in the GTTH™ method, so that they end the course with one foot in that job market. CareerGold is not, however, a career "coachcing" company: it has a relentless focus on the practical aspects of job searching, in order to make sure GGTH™ users can get the best job they can reasonably hope in the shortest time possible. As a result, we focus heavily on methodology, as well as on certain computer/web tools to dramatically increase the power of the GTTH™ user's personal brand and manage the networking that he or she will have to undertake. The user is encouraged to begin networking as soon as possible, and techniques drawn from Total Quality Management (TQM) are introduced, in order that the GTTH™ user can continually refine his or her methodology.
