Careers After Babies is leading the movement to create a world-class cohort of employers of working parents through our uniquely transformative accreditation. The Careers After Babies Accreditation is for large employers looking to fully understand and address all of the complex and nuanced issues faced by working parents and providing support through this transition. Smaller organisations can join as a member and access the tools and support needed to grow their employer brand with confidence in the knowledge that they’re doing the right thing for working parents. They can work towards their Certification using our tools and resources, offered in partnership with the charity Tommy’s, and show the world that their small business has a big moral compass and are doing all the right things for their people and ultimately, their customers. We are a social enterprise committed to making the world a better place for working parents. 74% of parents in the UK require both parents to work (ONS) and the moment, 85% of mothers are struggling to do that.
