Caregiving Continuum LLC founder, Pam Kieslter, leverages her extensive experience in emergency medical services (EMS) to provide high-quality caregiving solutions. With over 30 years as a paramedic, and having retired as the deputy chief of EMS at the City of Memphis Fire Department, she has developed strong leadership and operational skills. Pam holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation and a Master of Science in Community Agency Mental Health Counseling from The University of Memphis, and a Bachelor of Science in Education in Health and Safety, EMS from Memphis State University. She is also a certified paramedic by the Tennessee Department of Health. Her mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families through compassionate and professional caregiving services.
