We are building a digital platform to connect individuals recovering from mental health challenges with care farms and nature-based therapeutic programs around the world. We believe that healing happens through connection—to nature, to community, and most importantly, to oneself. Care farms offer a unique pathway to recovery by nurturing mindfulness, authentic self-expression, and personal growth through gentle engagement with the land and participation in a supportive environment. Our mission is grounded in five key pillars: ✨ Access – Providing scholarships and financial support so no one is turned away due to cost ✨ Connection – Building a global map and directory of care farms and related programs ✨ Empowerment – Supporting individuals in their journeys of self-development, healing, and self-actualization through nature-based care experiences ✨ Research – Partnering with universities and researchers to advance evidence-based outcomes for care farming and green care practices ✨ Advocacy – Promoting awareness of nature-based mental health solutions as viable, sustainable care models We are in the exciting phase of launching both our MVP platform and our nonprofit organization, and we’re inviting others to join us in growing this movement. We are currently raising funds to develop and launch our interactive platform.
