About CareSeed

CareSeed originated from a need that we saw in the HEDIS hybrid collection process. Due to regulatory requirements, health plans must manage this annual, critical process with high visibility and a huge impact on overall quality scores. Our team set out to ease that burden by creating a client-focused tool that allows health plans to maintain full ownership over the medical record review (MRR) project. We have created a toolset that is full featured and yet easy to learn. Our web-based tool can be accessed from computers, tablets, and smartphones. As we designed CareSeed Harvest, our flagship software solution, we consulted end users, clinicians, and other HEDIS MRR stakeholders so that we could develop an intuitive set of project management and abstraction features.
