Carfagna's Inc. is a Central Ohio culinary institution built upon over 80 years of business in the food service industry. What started as a corner Italian Market in 1937 has now grown to a multi-faceted enterprise. Our flagship location at 1440 Gemini Place, Columbus OH is an immersive Italian culinary experience. Within the 28,000 sq ft building lives a Market, Bakery, Restaurant, Butcher Shop, Wine & Spirits Shop, Cocktail Bar, and Private Event spaces. Over the years, we are proud to be the winner of many customer-choice awards including Best Butcher Shop, Best Italian Food, Best Italian Restaurant, and Best Retail Wine Shop. Carfagna's Inc. encompasses our retail Market, Restaurant, Catering, and Food Manufacturing businesses. At our USDA inspected food manufacturing facility we create homemade pastas, pizzas, meatballs, soups and sauces. Everything is small batch, handmade, and the same family recipes our ancestors taught us. Our Homemade Pasta Sauces is the predominant product line. We manufacture over 500,000 jars of pasta sauces annually and are in grocery stores across America. Now moving into our fourth generation of family business, we look for continued sustainable growth in a highly competitive industry.
