Fun, accessible Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes taught in and around Manchester by Eirian Collinge Corporate Yoga With the number of sick days and cases of depression and anxiety in the workplace increasing in the UK, there’s never been a better time to invest in employee wellbeing. I’m passionate about promoting a healthy, happy working life. My experience in teaching corporate yoga to colleagues has shown how wellness activities help boost clarity, focus and creativity. Seeing my colleagues so calm and grateful after each session inspired me to get Yoga Alliance Qualified and teach full time. My tailor made, workplace wellbeing packages are the perfect antidote to the aches and pains of desk-bound work. At my sessions expect to stretch, strengthen and de-stress, leaving class feeling rebalanced physically and mentally. One to One Yoga One to one yoga sessions can be designed to fit each individual’s needs, experience, interests and level. They can be taught in the comfort of your home or office. If you are a beginner, it is a great way to familiarise yourself with the context, language and movements of Vinyasa Yoga, enabling you to build confidence through a safe, alignment focused practice. For those who already practice yoga, it is a chance to go deeper, allowing you to refine your technique and explore more specific, challenging postures.
