Caribbean Sugar Ltd sells the finest sugar in the world from our base in Barbados We have subsidiaries in the UK and US and distribution across the Caribbean, UK, US and EU. We’re proudly Caribbean and that’s reflected in our board, our culture and our support for local manufacturing and the communities that depend on it. Small islands like Barbados have long struggled to compete with the large producers that dominate global sugar production. So, we decided to do things differently. For a start, our sugar is sustainably sourced from small farmers and purchased direct from the mill to ensure that every grain benefits local communities. Then we sell direct to end-customers in regional and export markets, rather than through traditional traders and middlemen. This Direct Trade relationship means that we’re able to pay more than double the market price for the sugar we buy and that’s, quite simply, fairer for everyone. Caribbean Sugar Ltd is a member of the HADCO group of companies.
