Philosophy At Caring Hands our primary goal is to provide a safe, caring, Learning environment that will nurture social, motor and cognitive development of each child in our care. To meet these goals we have developed a strong program based on our belief that children learn through interaction with their environment and those in their environment We believe that a child’s environment in the early years of their life will have a major impact on the outcome of their life. We strongly believe in current research that explains that the first five years are the most critical for a child’s ability to learn. All activities in our program seek to encourage a positive self esteem, creativity, independence, self awareness, problem solving, and social skills. Mission Caring Hands aspires to provide high quality care and serve and support children and families through strong partnerships. We are committed to providing highest quality early childhood program for children. We strive to accomplish this goal by: Creating and maintaining a facility and equipment that exceeds licensing requirements for Child Care Centers. Creating and embracing diversity at all levels. Creating a positive environment that encourages growth and respect for each other Nurturing and developing each child’s unique abilities and potential. Making a difference in the lives of the children in our care.
