Carla’s Pasta is a Connecticut based, family owned company, producing authentic pastas, pestos and sauces, distributed to local, regional, and national retail and food-service accounts throughout the U.S. and internationally. We use only the highest quality, freshest ingredients to make and fill our wholesome pasta dishes! Carla Squatrito, established Carla’s Pasta in 1978 with a passion for food and family. Her story begins in Torino, Italy. A young woman named Carla, fell in love with the art of making pasta. At 27, she carried that passion to America. Today, Carla’s passion and drive is instilled in her two sons, Sandro and Sergio who are integral parts of the business, responsible for both Sales and Production. Carla’s Pasta is a woman-owned, family run business making close to a million pounds of pasta each month. Since 2010, Carla has been a proud member of the National Women Business Owners Corporation. In 2015, Carla's Pasta launched it's retail line, partnering with retailers all across the country. We are inspiring people to fall in love with the taste of Northern Italy right in their kitchen, everyday! Mangia!
