For almost 25 years, Dallas-based Carleton has developed more than 20,000 multifamily units. Through our financial arm, we manage a broad portfolio of investments. Carleton’s most senior professionals average more than a decade with us, and our three partners have close to 100 years of combined industry experience. These strong human and financial resources have guided Carleton to the top of its field. After leaving his partnership role at Trammell Crow Residential, Mr. Gary developed Carleton to pursue multifamily housing opportunities during the early stages of the economic recovery in the Southwest. Drawing upon extensive regional residential development and construction experience dating back to 1978, Carleton has grown to include two additional operating partners and more than 30 additional team members. Our product lines that started with construction and development, now encompass Asset Management and Investment Services as well. Carleton is managed by three partners, Printice Gary, Neal Hildebrandt, and Jeff Fulenchek. Our leadership team has worked together at Carleton for over 15 years, developing a deep, cohesive and stable shared vision. Each partner has career successes in apartment development, construction and management.
