Carlex Group was founded by Rojelio Padilla in 2009. Rojelio has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and tax services. From the smallest 1040 tax return to providing accounting services to companies with over $30 million in sales, Carlex has the knowledge and experience you can count on. As a result of his hands on leadership style, experience and training in accounting, finance, pricing, operations improvements and presentation skills he developed innovative methods and techniques for making improvements to the bottom line. Rojelio has a substantial amount of hands on experience to effectively analyze profitability of products and services. Rojelio has developed the skill and the ability to analyze a complete product line, take it apart, and put it back together with greater profitability. Over the past 25 years Rojelio has worked on a consulting basis in his own firm with various types and size businesses to prepare accounting systems, management systems, financial statements, process improvements, cost reductions, production scheduling, pricing etc. He has used all of his skills and added some new ones along the way. Rojelio has some clients today in which he acts as their virtual CFO.
