About Carli Watson Wellness

My primary services are trauma therapy & addiction therapy. If you feel disconnected - from your sense of self, body, needs, relationships, a sense of purpose, or God - I'm here help you reconnect with your whole being (mind body spirit) & a deep sense of meaning. With compassion, we gently guide disconnected parts back to self-love, acceptance, & integration. I provide a safe space to sit with difficult emotions together so you may heal & find yourself again. I'm experienced working with adults with severe PTSD, alcohol use, & opioid use. I also provide yoga to help foster reconnection. Yoga means "union" & is instrumental for deepening mind body spirit connection or looking inward. According to the Yoga Sutra, yoga is the stillness of racing thoughts in the mind, with psychology considered in its ancient origin. Furthermore, since trauma memories live in the body, somatic (body) practices like yoga can aid in trauma healing. Lastly, I'm in the process of creating free wellness videos to help bring these healing practices to everyone, including those who may never want a one-on-one session.
