About Carmel International Short Film Festival
The annual 2nd CARMEL international short film festival is taking place at the picturesque town of Zikhron Yaakov, on the Carmel mountain, near the mediterranean sea in Israel. Screening will take place on line and in magical historical venues. Our aim is to promote short films and new media - fiction, documentary and animation. All international competitive programs awarding prizes of 1k NIS.
