Carnicas Ireland Ltd are a family owned Engineering sales and service company based outside Belfast, Northern Ireland. Established in 1985, Carnicas became involved with the technical sales and engineering support of machinery for the rendering sector over the British Isles. To this day Carnicas are still involved within the rendering sector, representing Oestergaard DK as the manufacturer of choice for high quality machinery and spares. Breaking down the raw material is only half of what Carnicas can provide for rendering equipment, We are an agent for Flottweg SE who are manufacturers of centrifuges such as decanters, tricanters and vertical separators amongst others. Use of Flottweg equipment allows the rendering plants to turn the raw feed into Biodiesel, oil for petfood production and other business opportunities. This Oestergaard and Flottweg pairing means that Carnicas can provide a full turn key rendering plant if required. Outside of rendering, for the entire British Isles Carnicas are also suppliers of Flottweg Equipment for the recovery of edible fats and oils, such as used cooking oil (UCO), bloods and food waste amongst other raw feed materials. Carnicas also have expanded into other sectors outside of edible fats and oils on the island of Ireland. Our separation equipment has been used within alcohol production, biotechnology, chemical and pharmaceutical plants. We also offer servicing on Flottweg machines for most industries within the island of Ireland and for edible fats and oils within GB mainland. Don't see your application above?
