What is Caroami? Caroami, is an application to aid in resolving interpersonal conflict within an organization, using Crowdsourcing, Third Party Neutrals, AI, and a web/mobile interface. It features a mobile app available to Colleges and Universities for their private use in student dorms. Burning Platform Residence Halls are increasingly in need of finding effective means to deal with interpersonal conflict situations and de-escalating potential violence, bullying and misunderstandings that pose both legal, risk management, and PR nightmares. Today's students tend to be more self-reliant and prefer to take things into their own hands to solve interpersonal conflicts in the resident halls but lack the necessary skills to communicate effectively "face to face". Our online solution to Interpersonal Conflict Caroami features a phone app with guided dispute resolution built into it and a back-end application that can be tailored to the needs of the client to track incident reporting information and analytics. Caroami messaging app keeps conflicts in-house, away from the scrutiny of public social media thus providing confidential, individualized solutions, and reducing risk to the institution. Colleges and Universities (Our Clients) Our Conflict Resolution tool and analytic modules can be tailored to the needs of the client, initially, Colleges and Universities. Analytics will be provided to the clients. End Users (Parties in Conflict/Students): We provide a familiar, efficient, easy, and attractive way to conduct student’s interpersonal conflict resolution. There is no longer the need to call a Resident Assistant or home. How does it work? Once Party A, the end user, selects his/her conversation partner, Party B, they are connected in a chat room of their own. Both Parties personalize their conflict resolution experience so that they feel they are supported by either friends and/or the AI, who will guide their conversation.
