We offer hard money rehab loans for investment properties located in most areas of the Southeast. We also serve as consultants for investors, guiding them to network with other investors and educating them in locating and structuring transactions. We understand that the best way serve our customers is to be able to walk in their shoes. CHM Investor Loan Programs: Carolina Capital Management provides “Hard Money Rehab Loans” for investors who qualify for our programs. Properties currently financed include single-family residences (stick built and true modular), multifamily to 8 units, new construction and commercial properties. LTV will vary according to property and strength of borrower. Up to 70% financing is available base on the ARV of the property. Seller seconds and gift money are not allowed on our programs. Loan amounts can be as low as $50,000.00.
