I have always loved words and the power of language. Whether it is used to inform or educate, portray an emotion or feeling, or create targeted messages, words have power, meaning and impact. Language enables great storytelling, providing endless possibilities and impact. Over the last 17 years, I have worked in marketing, content, communication and event management roles across the public, private and third sector including education, retail, technology, tourism, and the built and natural environment. This vast marketing experience across different sectors, industries and approaches has enabled me to define skills in editing, copywriting, PR, content, campaign, event and project management. From writing sales emails, to features for in-house magazines, campaign management for charity awareness campaigns, to managing multi-country personalised lifecycle sales campaigns, my broad experience has made me well-equipped to apply these skills across sectors, industries and platforms.
