Our story began in 2021 when our founder, Jason Umney, identified a need for affordable, high-quality fishing gear in the market. He observed that premium brands offered exceptional tackle, but their prices were beyond the reach of most anglers. On the flip side, affordable brands often compromised on quality and essential features. With a wealth of experience spanning 15 years in the tackle trade, including design and development roles at renowned brands like Avid Carp and Korda Developments, Jason set out on a mission to bridge the gap between quality and affordability.
