Artwork retrieval and amendments Retrieval of files from online management system Premium and Priority services Dedicated designers, high priority service & O/T beyond 6pm week nights: Estimated at + 50% of normal fees. O/T beyond midnight and on weekends: Estimated at + 100% of normal fees. Drop everything / Premium Priority rate: Estimated at + 150% of normal fees.
