Carroll Concrete Company and Newport Sand & Gravel Co., Inc., is a closely held business originally incorporated in New Hampshire in 1959 as the Eaton Jones Sand and Gravel Co., Inc. The name was changed in 1973, when it was acquired by Shaun P. Carroll. At that time, the operation consisted of a single sand and gravel crushing plant in Newport, New Hampshire. We continually seek out opportunities to expand our markets, products, and services while increasing profitability. Since starting our business in 1973, we've continued to grow and to give back to the communities and people who have supported us over the years. Integrity is the foundation of our business. We have built long-standing relationships with our customers and vendors through hard work, dedication and honesty.
