About Carrot Productions

Carrot Productions collaborate and partner with some of Britain’s finest creative brands and characters including Aardman, Penguin and Sky to create exciting and award-winning shows for children and families worldwide, always placing the orchestra at the forefront of the experience. Having staged over 350 Snowman shows in the UK to date, we are the world’s leading performers of The Snowman film and live orchestra. We were commissioned by Penguin to arrange the music for live performances of The Snowdog and through our continuing partnership with Aardman, we have created a number of engaging and fun shows including Shaun the Sheep: The Flight Before Christmas film for live performance, and Shaun the Sheep in concert. Other collaborations include a stunning animation of David Litchfield’s award-winning book, The Bear and the Piano, with a score by our artistic director, Daniel Whibley, and narration recorded by Joanna Lumley. Our performances are created by our artistic director Daniel Whibley, who is an award-winning composer and arranger who has worked on many BBC programmes including CBeebies and the BBC Proms.
