About Carrot.run
Carrot.run is a unique running game, levelling the playing field, where no matter your ability, anybody can win. It started life in 2014 when my late friend Simon, who was undergoing chemotherapy was depressed at how he was so much slower at parkrun (5km) and was struggling to motivate himself. So, I created a game where your target time changes each week; and whoever beat their target time by the most, won! Overlay some fantasy football leagues & points; a whatsapp group and some virtual medals and bingo! Before we knew it, suddenly we had 25 people in our league. And have never looked back. Fast forward to today and Carrot is a much different, more progressive experience. We now have experimented with an app, built products and are about to embark on Carrot2.0... to bring Carrot to the world. We are also launching Carrotsocks.com in Summer 2024.... Get yours now!
