Cars and Concepts was founded in December of 1996. The owner Thomas Boylan was born and raised in Munich, Germany. Thomas received his automotive training and bachelors degree in Munich. We pride ourselves to put quality before quantity and offer high quality service for an affordable price. Our unique approach and dedication to our customers made us successful to date. Thanks to our loyal customers we are a growing European Automotive shop,with a great reputation in the Tampa bay area, we have served this great community for 17 years. Mainly we Service and Repair for the following makes, BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, VW, Audi and most Asian cars. Our main focus is on regular Maintenance and Repairs, Tune ups, Engine work, Inspection on BMW, Mercedes A or B service, Brake Service and General Repair. No job to small. Pre-purchase inspections and Track prep/ Tech inspection. Our diagnostic capabilities are second to none saves you time and money. Our love for the E30 M3 surpasses the regular enthusiast, we own several E30 M3, including a factory/ Schnitzer built gr.A E30 M3 Race car. It's only natural that we have great knowledge in these cars. Our engine builds stock to gr.A spec are outstanding. We have and we can build 300 plus horsepower S14's.
