About Carstar Collision Care Centers
The Collision Care Group by CARSTAR® is family owned and operated. The original auto body shop was started in 1980 in Madeira, Ohio, in the Cincinnati area. To date, the Collision Care Group by CARSTAR® owns and operates ten auto body shops in three states. Our auto body shop staff members bring extensive industry experience to fulfill your every collision care need. In addition to the latest collision repair and paint equipment, our auto body shops invest significant resources in the ongoing training of our technicians, estimators and administrative staff. Our goal is serve you in a way that turns an unpleasant experience into a seamless repair process, restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We also do all the legwork of coordinating the repair with your insurance company and ensuring that you have a quality rental car if you need it while your car is being repaired. Many of our current auto body shops are conveniently located in the Cincinnati area, with full-service shops in downtown Cincinnati, Madeira, Blue Ash, Eastgate, Milford, Lebanon, Kings and Southgate Kentucky. We also have a location in Wilmington, Ohio and one in Palmetto, Florida. Our auto body shops meet a set of highly rigorous standards in workmanship, customer service and absolute legal compliance with local, state and federal statutes, including those mandated by OSHA and the EPA.
