Carter Controls (UK) Limited (Formerly Carter Controls Inc.) , was formed in 1972 to provide a UK base for N.F.P.A range of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinders. Carter Controls (UK) Ltd was formed after the takeover of Carter Controls Inc. By Parker. Air Accessories took control of Carter Controls in February 2018, futher demonstrating Air Accessories continued investment in the Fluid Power market. With the benefit of a large and well equipped independent fluid power workshop, Air Accessories (Sheffield) Ltd offers a complete in-house service, repair and machining facility for all your Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment. From the Sheffield site we are still manufacturing the Carter Controls series of cylinders to include: S Series - Squareline Hydraulic Series 'S' - NFPA Interchange Cylinders X Series - High Temp Squareline Hydraulic Cylinders C Series - Large Bore Cylinders AA Series - 250 PSI Air Cylinders JJ Series - 300/2500 PSI Hydraulic Cylinders All of the above are offered with a complete range of mounting styles and seal kits for aftermarket sales. These cylinders are available for Export and are sold overseas on a regular basis as are the seal kits. Individual packaging requirements can be accommodated. We are fully trained in every aspect of Hydraulic and Pneumatic engineering to keep customers downtime to an absolute minimum. Nationwide collection and delivery service available. We can repair all your Hydraulic and Pneumatic cylinders from small workshop such as the Enerpac range to large cylinders used in foundries, Offshore and Sub Sea Applications. Our Hydraulic & Pneumatic Service Includes: Pneumatic & Hydraulic Repair Pneumatic & Hydraulic Valve Repair Accumulator Repair & Certification Power Pack Repair Garage Equipment Repair Directional Control Valves In addition to the above we have dedicated seal stocks to suit Ipsen cylinders.
