I am Jeremy Carter of Carter Energy Consultancy. My consultancy serves two kinds of clients. These include any organisations seeking to reduce their energy consumption and clients who require energy consumption verification from within the horticultural/scientific field. My passion and purpose in life is to reduce Energy consumption. I do this by undertaking Energy audits and providing energy saving solutions. I begin by undertaking a FREE of charge initial assessment of Energy consumption / building performance. If I find there are Energy savings to be gained I will provide an appraisal of the Energy savings potential and the necessary level of investment required to achieve those savings. For example, for my first ever client I identified annual Energy savings in the region of £2,500 with an investment cost of £3,700. Therefore payback was less than 1.5years The investment cost included my detailed report (£300) that highlights where and how these savings can be achieved. If the client then decides to move forward they receive my full Energy audit report and any additional project management support they require. If I cannot find any Energy savings or if the anticipated savings are less than the cost of my report, the client receives my full report TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE.
