Carter's Collective is a second-generation, women-owned and operated fine jewelry store based in Petal, Mississippi. Founded by Judy Carter in 1986, this young woman with a graduate gemology degree was able to grow her small kiosk in Hattiesburg's Cloverleaf Mall to become a fine jewelry store, before passing the torch to her eldest daughter Chae.
