Our experienced team provides a range of Pilates services to suit your specific needs – from small Group classes of up to four pax for Reformer/Tower to Private 1-on-1, and Duet sessions. We offer rehab Aqua Pilates too! Suitable for all ages and body forms, CARVE works with Rehabilitative, Fitness, Pre- and Post-natal, Neurodegenerative and special populations. Let CARVE help you achieve your goals and carve out the best shape for yourself. CARVE Pilates Studio is a place where people come to refresh, recharge and live life to the fullest. Our mission is to help our clients achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle through Pilates. We believe that it is important to carve out time for yourself in order to smoothen out pain points in your life; just like a carpenter carving out time to smoothen out every piece of wood before transforming it into an art piece. Our experienced instructors will guide you through every step of the Pilates journey, from beginner classes to advanced, so you can find your balance and start living the life you want. Our goal at CARVE Pilates Studio is to bring the community together to promote physical and mental wellbeing with our unique holistic approach to Pilates. We offer a wide range of classes, as well as PILATES GIVES, a fundraiser to support Home Nursing Foundation where 100% donations go to the foundation.
