We’re extremely pleased to announce that, as of October 2018, an agreement has been reached to ensure the continuation and development of the Autodesk® ArtCAM® product line under a new name and company: Carveco. Formed by a group of people with specialist ArtCAM knowledge, we’re an established team committed to ensuring longevity of the software and to delivering continuity of service for the ArtCAM community. It’s been a long road, but behind the scenes we’ve been working tirelessly; driven by the support, encouragement and genuine excitement shown by the ArtCAM community. Creating an entirely new, independent business is no small feat; touching everything from re-branding, licensing, sales and maintenance, through to creating a new and improved support ecosystem. Keeping with tradition, our primary focus is the software itself. Rest assured, we’re crafting a robust and worthy ArtCAM successor. Most importantly, we’re creating a seamless path for the community of users that includes full compatibility with all ArtCAM proprietary file formats. We’re well on the way to restoring the creative design and manufacturing software that you know and love. Soon we’ll be ready to share our vision for Carveco and the exciting future for a briefly sleeping giant.
