Our goal at CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Youth Advocates is to ensure every child in Delaware and Chester Counties child welfare system has a caring, consistent adult advocating for their best interests. We recruit, train and support community volunteers to provide the majority of our individual advocacy on behalf of abused and neglected children. CASA works to promote and support quality volunteer advocacy to help assure each child finds a safe, permanent and nurturing home. No special background is needed to volunteer. Every child deserves a champion and a chance and that chance could be you!
