About Casagrande Coaching

Casagrande Coaching is reimagining the football ecosystem from the ground up, training the next generation of coaches to lead lasting change. We are a UK-based consultancy and learning centre working across all levels of the game, from grassroots to national teams. Our work focuses on creating more sustainable, inclusive and performance-driven environments - especially in women’s football, and especially for underrepresented groups. Through coach education, leadership development, and applied placements, we support clubs, federations, and individual coaches to break old cycles and build new systems of care, excellence, and growth. Our initiatives include: ⚽️ Casagrande Coaching Academy – a year-long, female-centred training programme for performance coaches, launching September 2025 🌱 The Greenhouse Lab – a 10-week online coaching incubator supporting changemakers across all sports Together, we’re creating a more flexible, resilient and human-centred football future, led by coaches who care.
