Cascade Engineering Technologies, Inc. is a premier supplier of complex aerospace airframe and engine components for both commercial and defense aviation; AS9100C & ITAR registered. We specialize in the development and production of challenging and complex aerospace “build to print” parts for OEM and are a Tier 1 Supplier to major Aerospace and Defense companies worldwide. We are a World Class 5 axis machining center and metrology lab located in Canby, OR, just outside Portland. Cascade Engineering started as a Metrology Lab in 1989 and initially focused on CMM inspection of other manufacturer’s products. As we grew, we created an expertise in the CMM Best-Fitting of castings and subsequent machining of casting datums, which eventually led us into the end-item machining of castings and forgings. We come at machining from a very unique perspective, our metrology background is the science and doctrine that goes into our manufacturing process. Our measurement expertise allows us to produce some very complex, very thin wall structures in a repetitive production environment with extremely high yield.
