In fact, we continue to manage and provide development or consulting services to the majority of properties from our original portfolio that started over 40 years ago. What We Do We currently provide property management and real estate services to over 253 properties throughout Oregon and Washington, specializing in all market segments. We also lead our market in providing property management, development, and consulting services to the affordable housing market as we have done since our inception.
