He has over forty years of international marketing, general management and executive board experience, spanning both Europe and North America. Cascadia Consulting has extensive understanding in setting up new organizations or providing interim management support in the evolutionary progess of existing firms. Bruce retired from the IBM Corporation in 2001 as Senior Advisor, working with IBM Business Partners worldwide. Bruce holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (SFU). Cascadia Consulting adopts a highly personal and specialized consulting approach to client's needs with emphasis on providing organizational planning support for business start ups and early stage companies in the Pacific Northwest.
