All trainings are adapted to the exact needs and cultural profile of the enterprise, and based on a research in the company. We are specialized in working on-site. Fx a course about avoiding violent confrontations with passengers for workers on the train, is kept in a train, and training with workers on a ferry is kept on a ferry. Participants are active during the course on a high level, with play, excercises and tests. We only produce custom designed courses.
