(CLI) is a family-owned and operated company based in Forsyth, Georgia, specializing in the liquidation, warehousing, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for the hospitality industry. With decades of experience and a reputation built on trust, CLI serves as a valued partner to hotel owners, purchasing agents, designers, architects, and project managers across the United States. We support both renovation and new construction projects for hotels, resorts, timeshares, and condominiums, providing dependable FF&E installation, strategic warehousing, and seamless liquidation services. After FF&E is removed, we work hard to ensure it doesn’t go to waste. Items in good condition are diverted from landfills and either resold or donated to those in need. Sustainability is a core part of our mission, and we’re proud to give these materials a second life whenever possible.
